VCAL

Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL)

This program is designed as an alternative or entry to VCE and other Further Education for students in Years 10, 11 and 12.

The VCAL courses cover Personal Development Skills, Work Related Skills, Literacy, Numeracy and Industry Specific Skills, achieved by undertaking a Vocational Education and Training (VET) Certificate.  Students must achieve a satisfactory completion in each of their 10 units (including in VET qualifications) in order to achieve their VCAL qualification.

Enrollment in VCAL classes is available throughout the year, with students completing missed work or continuing into the following year to complete the unit requirements.

The program is still being designed, more information will be available late in Term 3 of 2013. Please contact the centre directly for more information.
