22301VIC Certificate I in Transition Education is designed for people who will benefit from learning at an easy pace.

Transition to Education Programs are designed to provide participants with a range of knowledge and skills relevant to accessing further education or work opportunities within the community.  Transition to Education Programs are nationally accredited with students studying selected modules from 22301VIC Certificate I in Transition Education.  

Learning programs can be tailored to meet the needs of groups of learners with specific needs.

Courses

i-Nuture (Part II)

Exploring what are safe personal relationships, identifying respectful and disrespectful relationships and behaviours within the Community. Discovering accommodation options within the local area suitable for students indepenant living.

Stepping Stones

Identifies volunteer or paid employment within the Community. Getting the individual into the Community.

Making IT happen (Part II) - Technology for life

More fun with technology in 2017. Explore and access a variety of media. Exploring social media and cyber safety.

Money Made Simple

Identify and investigate community services in the local area. Preparing simple budgets, budgeting may not exactly be your favourite past-time, but it's a necessary part of llife in order t ensure that your money is kept in order.

Here and There (Part II)

Continuing to look further into travel and pareparing various travel plans, practice using coins, notes and time management. Great skills and knowledge for independant living.

Projects with Technology

Identify, plan and carry out projects wihin the community. This year we take a look at how technologies can be used for new and more innovative approaches to learning. It's "technology in action". Participate in organising a community event.
