Restart Program

This program is designed for adults who for a range of reasons did not achieve their Year 10 pass and who are now looking to pathway into industry training, or employment. This program provides students with the opportunity to complete the full 22236VIC Certificate I in General Education for Adults (CGEA) with a focus on lifting literacy and numeracy levels, career and employment planning. Express your interest for this three day a week program scheduled to run from July 2017 to December 2017.

Fees: $135 (Government subsidised with concession)

          $675 (Government subsised without concession)

                    Plus $150 Resources and Amenities

 

Career in Community Care

Call now about this 2 day a week program over 1 semester designed for those considering a career in the community care sector whether it be Early Childhood Education; Individual Support; Aged Care or Disability. Make an informed choice about your career path by meeting with and hearing from experienced industry staff about the different roles and responsibilities within each sector. Visit workplaces and training venues. Refresh your study skills and lift your literacy and numeracy levels to those needed to enter the industry training by completing units from 22238VIC Certificate III CGEA. Gain the confidence to set your career goals and move forward with confidence. Courses start July 2017 to December 2017

Fees: $57 (Government Subsidised with concession)

White Card

CPCCOHS1001A Work safety in the Construction Industry

WorkSafe Victoria requires that all people performing construction work or working in a construction area provide proof to an employer that they have completed a general OHS construction induction for the industry. A primary item of proof is the Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Fee: $110 (no concession) includes the issue of your White Card from WorkSafe Victoria

 

 

Responsible Serving of Alcohol

Responsible Serving of Alcohol (SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol)

If you want to work in any bar, club, cafe, restaurant or venue that sells alcohol in Victoria, you will need a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, accredited by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation. MDLC are a VCGLR approved provider for their 4 hour Responsible Service of Alcohol Course.
