This is an elementary group suitable for those with a little prior knowledge of the French language.

This is an elementary group suitable for those with a little prior knowledge of the French language and/or for those traveling to France and/or French speaking countries. Our Tutor will speak with you to assess suitability for the group and where practicable, those with no prior knowledge of French will be offered an introductory session prior to course commencement. This will be a pre requisite for attending the course.

Barbara, our enthusiastic and experienced French teacher, loves working in community settings helping people of all ages begin or continue on the pathway of French learning.

She has worked in secondary schools, TAFE and both community and private settings sharing her love of French language and culture. Continuing connection with both France and New Caledonia as well as French contacts and culture right here in Melbourne, help her to keep her knowledge and enjoyment fresh.

French has been Barb's companion throughout life, from the age of 11 and has brought her loads of pleasure. She loves infecting others with the same enjoyment.
